HY-Power is an Austrian family-owned company focused on rail lubrication systems, rail maintenance, and accessories for pellet storage rooms. The company develops and manufactures technical solutions for durable, reliable, and efficient applications.

Management

Since 2024 we have been running HY-Power GmbH as the second generation, carrying forward our father's vision: to make the world a little quieter.

Having been rooted in the company since the early 2010s, we drive continuous innovation with fresh ideas and our own patents. As brothers, a relaxed team spirit and genuine handshake quality in our partnerships matter most to us – we stand behind that personally.

1986

HY-Power is founded as a hydraulics and hose specialist company by Richard Gunacker in 1030 Vienna.
1987

The first stationary rail lubrication system is developed by Christian Gunacker and Richard Gunacker.
2013

Development of a new process control system with web connectivity.
2024

Relocation to Lower Austria / St. Pölten and handover of management to the next generation.
2025

Further patent granted in the field of rail lubrication technology and market launch of the innovative "Brakemaster BR-50".
